Overall, it was pretty good. Really good value for stay. Amazing view from the 36th floor and quiet. The AC was amazing to have, especially how friggin hot it was when I stayed. The front desk clerk, can’t remember her name, was polite and hospitable and beautiful

The building has great staff and amenities but the exceptional professionalism, communication skills and friendliness of the unit manager Mel made our stay a fantastic experience.
