Not up to standard
Posted 28 Dec 2018 on HotelsIt is important to note that this is not a hotel. It is similar to air bnb, or private condos for rent. The person running these has quite a few of them, and they are located in different towers of the MOA Complex. Because of this, you must note, which tower are you in? That is first.
Secondly, it just was not clean. There were long black hairs on the bed, there were long black hairs all over the floor, there were coffee cups in the cupboards that were half full of rotted sugar, etc.
The pillows in the unit I had are similar to bricks. I could not use them because they were so hard that it hurt my neck. Come on! Comfort when sleeping is important!
The contact number does not always reply to messages. I have stayed in other 'condotels.' The condo should have instructions for guests about 1. Garbage disposal 2. Use of the swimming pool. 3. Check out procedure (where to leave keys, etc.). Guests should not have to search for this information.
The great thing about these rooms is the location. Good cheap restaurants nearby, such as Manny's Diner. An Alpha Mart. Plus MOA is walking distance, which is obviously hundreds of stores and restaurants.
For the issues this place has, I would say it is priced double at what it is worth. You can stay at many hotels right in the same area for the same price and not have these issues to deal with. That is what I am doing today, as a matter of fact, as I write this review.

Very good location

The unit was also booked to another person despite the confirmation made by Hotel.com. we were not able to occupy the rented conndo unit and i demand a full refund.

Contact number is outdated
Posted 1 Jul 2018Tried to contact the number provided online but nobody answers. I believe is outdated. It's never been updated. I don't understand how the Philippines operate their business. It's ridiculous! Room is not comfortable. Booking accepted for 5 adults but we found out later from the owner, maximum room capacity is 4 adults. It's too late to cancel. We do what we have do.

Uncomfortable stay
Posted 3 Jun 2018Check-in is not good. The information clerk don't have information where the keys are. So we called the number written on the itinerary printed and the man said it's a wrong number. The room that i booked-in was still occupied so we were transferred to another unit. No washing machine, no bed pull-out or sofa bed to accommodate 3 persons. I slept on a sofa that is very uncomfortable and woke up with back sore. The location is good near to the mall and restaurant.
