Would recommend for the price,
Rooms are on the small side, pool is nice and food was good and reasonably priced,
Mall in a couple of minutes walking distance,
Good street food and a good location,
Only thing that is a let down is luggage storage is for the day only of residence, so if you need to store luggage for a number of days while you travel and wish to use as a staging place to stay it’s not for you.
88 court yard hotel is much better bet and worth the extra cost.

Bed is facing bathroom door and inconvenience when going out because you have to leave the key to the frontdesk.
