Not booking in this property again

We were not received at the hotel. we have paid for our booking in full but when we arrived at the hotel/condo, we were told that the rooms are already booked. And worst, only the lobby guard attended to us. None from the management of the property came to at least talk to us.

The stay is really disappointing, to name the reasons why; When checking in, there is no reception, only the security that doesn't know anything. I was asked to call the caretaker at my own telephone expense. Finally got the key, when I entered the room, I was greeted by a cockroach. I thought it only came from outside so did not bother, but I discovered they were nesting inside the bathroom sewer line. The bathroom was soaking wet as if someone took a shower and didn't dry up. No shower curtains, no bathroom amenities and no bath rug. There is only one bedsheet and towel for the whole 4 nights stay. The aircon has no remote control, I need to stand on the bed to reach the control. The bar was not filled up, the safe cannot be opened and the tv is hiding on the corner. The only consolation I've got was they gave me an extended stay till 3pm. There are still lots of negative feedback to write, but don't bother I won't be coming back to this property anymore.
