No central check-in counter!

Good location and Service with some improvement

The host of the condo was very responsive. Had a few issues such as Air conditioning breaking down which was fixed very quickly There was no international cable which was a bit disappointing. Location is excellent.

Worst place ever...

This is the terrible experienced I’ve had in this place. The owner is rude whenever you asked for something he always want to charge you extra even the parking is not free. The place is not really clean and the bedding sis so cheap don’t even have flat sheets on the bed. It was the worst condotel I had experience. I end up not staying and book at Holliday inn instead.

Dear guest, we already informed you the issue. you had booked for only one guests while you were actually three guests. The additional charges were only for the additional guests. we strongly encourage our guests to be accurate with the exact number of guests during booking to avoid these types of issues. Regarding the parking, that is just the policy of our tower in which everyone must follow. The Venice Luxury Residences only has pay parking available for guests. We apologise for any inconvenience this caused and thank you for your kind understanding.

Excellent location and beautiful view from the balcony of the Venice canal. AC worked well, everything was clean, comfortable bed. Would definitely return! Just make sure to get detailed check in instructions. I was unaware there were multiple towers.

NO Pool

The problem I had was that I had booked this so the kids could go swimming, it said a pool was available but in fact the pool had been closed for weeks and was likely to remain so. I tried to cancel immediately but it was no refundable. Completely false advertising.

Dear guest, Apologies for the inconvenience. Actually the pool has been closed down due to the Taal volcano ash fall. It is like that in all the out door pools in BGC area for the safety of guests because ash will cause irritation on the skin when mixed with pool water.The pool will be open again once the alert for Taal volcano gets lift by PHIVOLCS as the alert now is on level 3.

The place was great! Conveniently located just above the mall and great view. Host was accommodating as well.
