I like that it's near everything, the malls, the banks and restaurants. The only thing that is not likeable is the noise from the cars that pass by the hotel. Seems like the surrounding is not as clean as expected because it's in the Makati area. But overall the stay in this hotel is pleasant and worthy enough to let you stay there again.

From the outside you would never expect what is inside. We we amazed at the cleanliness and the appearance of the property. Five stars for the property and ten ( if possible) for the friendly and accommodating staff.

1st staff was nice and friendly, very helpful, but the hotel is disgusting...need lots of repairs, molds everywhere...electrical plug in bathroom hanging....dirty carpets...walls are dirty...elevator disgusting...over-all...needs to be shutdown and health and safety inspections be alerted...

Was sexually harassed

This is without the worst hotel experience of my life. I rented for a friend that they turned away because the friend didn't have a credit card even though hotels.com approved it. The friend was pregnant, had gotten stuck at the bus station, had to walk there in the rain, and ended up having to sleep on the bus station floor because of the arrogance of the staff. Then the following day the staff openly lied to hotels.com saying that the person never even showed up despite them identifying to her that they had her reservation. I have contacted an attorney regarding this issue both towards the hotel and hotels.com for their lack of safety and concern. As an educated and even minded american, I am not prone to over dramatization, but I genuinely hope that the something negative happens to this hotel and to hotels.com because of the way they dehumanized, offended, and harassed both myself and my educated pregnant friend. If you use this hotel then you are saying that you are ok with sexual, physical, and gender harassment happening. If you have children and stay here willingly, then you are saying that you don't care if harassment or abuse happens to them by others.

No complimentary water, tea bags or coffee. Forgot my wake-up call request. Not as good as it used to be a few years ago.
