My stay there was quite eventful. The staffing went above and beyond what is expected, the whole time i was there. I lost my phone in a grab car and the staff jump right in and took control to try to get my phone back, the ladies at the front desk and office staff when totally out of there way to make me feel comfortable and safe. Heck even one of the staff actually showed me around the area and the sights. Thank you Hestor for going out of your way to show me around.

The WIFI is the biggest problem, every thing else is great.

Not so good

Good: Very helpful staff. Bad: I have this feeling that I was given a downgrade because I booked online. Booked a de luxe room but it looks like their junior suite. It wasn't noise proof. I can hear people singing and shouting outside my room at night.

No parking, parking at front was unsafe, hotel building entrance is not clean and scary at night, but the hotel inside of the hotel is very clean, rooms are very clean, staffs are very friendly and accomodating, and helpful. Room linens are clean, shower is roomy and clean. Don't judge a book by its cover. Free food is good and delivered on time.

The rooms over all were nice/luxurious. A small bundle of hair left in the shower was missed by the cleaning staff. My fiance tried to get a second room key while I was sleeping but was refused...one key per room policy.

This is a great place to stay when you are in Quiapo. The rooms are larger than the other hotels close by and for about the same price. I stayed here before the pandemic too. As Quezon Blvd is quite noisy, the outside noise is not noticeable in the rooms. You will not be disappointed staying here !!

I have stayed here before and the service is the same or better than before the pandemic. The only negative is there is no breakfast available like there was before the pandemic. But there are plenty of food places outside nearby.

The staff was outstanding and friendly. The room was clean and the size and layout of the room allowed us to move freely without feeling cramped. I would definitely stay here again....this hotel gives more of the basic comforts and for less costs than more expensive places I stayed.
