The property is attached to Robinsons Magnolia mall, so shopping and food is within walking distance.
The room is spacious, but doesn't have a microwave. I had to request for housekeeping twice before they finally came.

My room was very pleasant. Hot water pot, small safe for valuables, consistent wifi. Water coolers in the hall. Cleanliness could be better. There were some hairs and other residue on the bathroom counter. The bathroom was small and the blow dryer was not working. Other guests had issues with the water and could not get hot water for shower. I had no issues in that regard. EXCELLENT SERVICE throughout my stay. Hot breakfast served in the basement, for a small charge. Conveniently located.

The condition of the rooms was disappointing. not dirty not not clean. few broken items and general wear and tear on the room

Conveniently located and adjacent to the mall. All the staffs were very welcoming, courteous and efficient. I definitely recommend this hotel. Will come back again!
