My rating showed how unpleasant my stay was. I even took some pictures to remind me not to book on that place. Its molds in the shower, on the shower head and knob. The metal drainage is unscrewed that almost injured my foot. And on the sink is also the same molds on and around the handle. And the worse that happened, there was a live cockroach on its back. I’d showed the pictures that I took to the receptionist for their record. I think this is the most unpleasant hotel I have stayed. Not for recommendation.

I love your place, your people there but theres ONLY one thing i really wish you will have ASAP as i want to back there always. You have lots of electric outlets but theres no one next to the bed. PLS PUT ELECTRIC OUTLET BESIDE THE BED AS CELLPHONE ARE IMPORTANT ANY TIME OF THE DAY. Thank you.

Your room is very nice im feel very comfortable i love the hotel hope to come again for my next staycation.

I wasn't expecting that a condotel in Makati knowing the place itself is in a very sophisticated city is by far the worst in appearance,in service,in everything.the room is not really comfortable to stay in.it's dirty, no cable tv, no parking, not even a valet attendant to park your car somewhere, the contact number is not even reachable it is either busy or you'll be directed to a virtual assistant with nonesense questions wasting your time for nothing.only stayed for like 2 hours and i checked out.my money was completely wasteD.This shouldnt be endorsed by expedia or any other site.My 1st time and definetly my last booking with Reddoorz

Dated, dirty and noisy

Friendly staffs, clean toilet and bathroom but the room was really old with dusts, cracks, stains. The wifi worked randomly. Could hear people outside the room loud and clear. Wouldn't stay here again just due to how dated and dirty the room felt.
