Its not a hotel. Its just a condo unit booked as a hotel. There is even no reception desk but the guardhouse.
The lavatory is clogged. Kitchen lavatory has a leak.
Nevertheless, the guards are accomodating and the place is not noisy.

Hotel Checkin from Hell
Posted 26 Feb 2021 on HotelsI was never able to stay at the hotel due to draconian restrictions due to Covid. They required a medical certificate to I assume show that you recently tested negative for covid. I explained that I had tested positive for covid in December and had a Bureau of Quarantine certificate proving I was Covid recovered. The Customer Service Manager stated that If I could present the Certificate I could check in. After driving 2 hours to recover the certificate they said that I could not checkin and I had been transferred to a new room miles from where I wanted to stay. This process took 5 hours before I finally checked in to the new hotel. The staff were rude and seemed to take for ever to make a decision and then would arbitrarily change their mind. Never stay at this abomination. 6 incompetent staff to rent out 17 rooms. Completely disgusting behavior and attitude.

Posted 4 Jan 2021 on HotelsWe supposed to stay in this hotel but you staff refused our check in that day because they required us medical certificate. We cant provide any since we just arrived from Dubai. I asked them to simply move our checkin to a different dates since they cant claim a no show since we are already there. They just wont allow us to check in! My suggestion was approve by a certain staff named lovely to move it in a different day so we can use the hotel and was already paid for. Come today Dec 28 they refuse to check us in and told us they forfeited our bookings with them in the claims of no show! This hotel in my opinion are very manipulative in dealing with customers. We waited for any instructions from them before we leave knowing that they might turn around the story. Well they eventually did and know they got paid by expedia by screwing expedias clientele. How can i book again with expedia and with this hotel if they can’t even accommodate their client. I don’t even understand why expedia deals with ignorant hotels like this. It will not only ruin expedia/hotels.com among others! Red Doors Kassel is a hotel you should stay away from.
