Excellent customer service. More than happy to help you with anything. Very friendly, accommodating, helpful and professional. Truly A-1.
Unfortunately the wifi service was poor and barely able to use it at all in our rooms. Breakfast buffet truly needs much improvement. Dismal offering and needs to expand the variety of food Westerners and Asians are accustomed to have.

I love the hotel’s location on one of the main streets of Binondo! It was close to everywhere I wanted to go. My room was generous in size and well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful.

My sisters and I stayed at Ramada by Wyndham for family bonding whenever I come to visit Manila. This hotel is in a perfect location to explore one of the oldest Chinatowns in the world. The hotel’s staff from the front desk (Manuel) to room service of setting up the sofa bed, the housekeeping staff, and the dining staff led by Marvin gave excellent services. The food at the breakfast buffet has various delicious food catering to the diversity of the hotel’s guests. The dining room is clean, newly renovated, with excellent view of the city. I think this is the pride of the hotel.
My only negative comment is the outdated sofa bed which needs to be changed as it is sagging in the center with no good back
support.
Otherwise, this hotel is highly recommended. I will definitely stay here again in the future should I have the chance to visit family in Binondo, Manila, Philippines.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient to shops and Chinese restaurants. Everything is very closed by in short walk distance.
