The staff are very friendly. The pool is not long enough to swim laps, just nice enough for children to swim in. The gym is just a room with dumbbells, an elliptical trainer and a stationary bike that’s over 20 years old. No air conditioning in the exercise room, just a fan and open window.The rooms do need renovation but the location makes up for the outdated rooms. This hotel is right next to Green Belt 5, which has many fine restaurants, coffee/dessert and places to shop. Glorietta Mall is a short walk away. The room I was in was clean and the air conditioner worked fine. I would recommend this place.

This property looks haunted. The rooms are worst! Air conditioner are too old and not working. False advertisement. The photos looks good but in reality it’s worst. I just don’t like the way they did it to me. Transferring one room to another because everything is malfunctioning. I even want to transfer to a better hotel. They didn’t even give any inconvenience compensation very sad.

Wi-Fi is strong, A/C was perfect and hot water in the shower was excellent and location was unbeatable. Staff were all very friendly and nice.

Bathroom Smell

Great location and friendly service. The hotel is dated and needs upgrading. I have stayed there previously and did not have the problem I encountered on this recent trip. The master bedroom bathroom had an bad smell that housekeeping could not get rid of. It was likely coming up through the drainage.

Just a bed for the night.

Room was very dated with limited facilities. No bedside light, so you had to have the main light on to read and when going to sleep, get out of bed to switch it off. Room facilities included a very old looking cooktop that sat on the bench. No dishcloth or tea towel provided. Air conditioner had external parts right next to the room, so very noisy if left on overnight. Staff were very friendly and helpful, pool was excellent!
