A Family Vacation

Every time I vacation in Manila, I stay in Parque España. Conveniently located to many restaurants, Alabang Town Center Mall, Festival Mall, Molito Mall, Supermarkets, hospital. Clean and affordable with a great breakfast buffet and shuttle service. All the staff are helpful, professional and friendly. I feel safe staying here because there are guards at the entrance who are vigilant in checking all the guests that go in and out of the hotel.

huge room with kitchen dining and living room really feel home. You can do everything, restaurant roof top pool, and gym. My only wish they have washing machine as the room is really like living in a condo.

The Orbits listing said “newly renovated” it is not. It’s old and run down. We asked to change rooms but the one they offered us was no better. Large unit and great location but needs renovation. The staff is excellent.

Parking on level one is scary— I almost hit my car in the wall—-Breakfast buffet is amazing! Will go back again next yr for my home vacation- love the 3 bedroom renovation! And love the sanitizing booth on every corner— keep it to make everyones safe- over all stay is GREAT!

Bad customer service

Zero customer service, we've waited for almost an hour for just a burger and pasta. The F&B staff left us at the roof deck without anymore assistance after serving the late food. The food was serve cold already. The staff are not accommodating even the front desk.

Parking fee

It’s just very unusual to be charged with parking ticket for my colleague even as there were so much parking left and had informed that will just stay for until 9pm only due to we are too tired
