I loved the staff, security and front desk help was amazing...rooms are not good

I like the staff! I just dont like the internet service

Remodelling of the property is needed. Bigger bathrooms with AC. I didn't have a window & my circadian rhythym was getting messed up. Would be best if the whole place moved to another location because it's in a terrible spot. No dining options. They would not let me check in 2 hrs ahead of time even though the room was ready. Terrible. Phils is not now I had to go around to pass time & come back to check in... 😐😏 The staff was nice but the room was not.

The property started to show its age. There were conwebs in my room. Free breakfast no longer offered.

5 Stars from me. This is an excellent place located very close to the University of Santo Tomas (where I needed to be). It was my second visit, as I consider that the overall value, for the price paid, is superb. Very clean rooms - adequate for purpose. The staff at reception are lovely and always willing to help. Security guards are efficient, professional and extremely helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to other travelers. If only they could improve the quality of the Wi-Fi in the rooms it would be perfect. I would happily pay a bit more for good room WiFi. Having said that, the Wi-Fi in the Lobby is excellent, so I downloaded Netflix Films in the Lobby, to watch in my room. Thanks again Oriental Zen for an exceptionally good value experience.

Fantastic value reasonably priced rooms. Clean, comfortable and well furnished. Reception staff are lovely. Always happy to help and assist. Security Guards are excellent.

I love everything about it! The staff is very accommodating and nice. The place is safe too with the security guard every night and day
