Room 0216 - Bad wifi bad air-con no bidet

Wifi was too bad. Almost no signal and no Internet. The air-conditioner was bad, too. Finally, there's no bidet in the toilet.

Cockroaches, insects everywhere

The outside looks amazing, with the pools (which we didn't use anyways) and MOA very close. Inside was okay; beds were nice, patio overlooking MOA. We checked in at 2pm. Soon after, little cockroaches started appearing in the bathroom. We just ignored it as we were going out, hoping it is just a rare occurrence. We came back in the evening and getting to sleep when these bugs, cockroaches started flying and crawling, hitting as fast as we can, and we ended up not sleeping for fear of more cockroaches. The office was closed at night so there was no way to contact them; we reported the incident through text (cellphone of Lovely {the staff}) was unanswered. Since we have another day left, we had to ask for an insect spray - they gave us one. Looks like they know this problem already but no action was done to our room except to give us that insect spray. Second day was okay, slept half the time - as bugs still came out but not as much anymore.

Roaches are all over the place

too much for a ran down place

stinky place. towels are very old. furnitures are ran down. shower barely work. no hot water and internet

Great Location

Was hard to find the right tower as they are not marked. The first room was moldy and the first night the Air Conditioner leaked water all over the mattress, we were given a second room the next day. The young people who took care of the room was great.

I booked 5 rooms for 2 nights. It was fine overall with a few hiccups... Some of the amenities indicated were not there. Rooms were basic. One of the room's air conditioner was not functioning properly. Some rooms had a double bed + a single bed + a sofa bed. One even had a roll away mattress. But some only had a double bed and a sofa bed. No extra mattresses, etc. The room with a broken air con was not fixed. The occupants, abandoned it the following day.
