THERE IS hardly and almost NON HOT WATER in the room, bathroom door did not closed and lock, air condition very good, among others negative things that are bringing down my favorite hotel, like we registered 2 adults and 2 kids that we paid for they gives one room and only one bed, we requested xtra bed they want to charge $1000 for it so on, finale they gave us a different room 1 xtra bed no charge, we were short in towels etc. I just hope that the quality improves

I requested for early check in and I received notification from Expedia that may early arrival is 10 am. I tried to contact the hotel but the tel. no. is not yet in service. We arrived in the hotel at 10 am but the receptionist told me that my check in is 2 pm, they haven't notified with my early check in. In case, there's available room i need to pay additional early check in fee of PHP 200 per hour. I have food and I ask the receptionist if okay to eat at their dine in area near pool. it was disappointing that she told me that eating is not allowed unless I'm already checked in. The CR is terrible, the staff is not accommodating.

Very easy check in. The room was large, the bed comfortable, and clean throughout. Would definitely stay here again.

Fully mosquitos in the first room, obliged to move to another room. 2 nd room just ok, excep the toilet was not working. Breakfast service start at 9 am, its ridiculous no time to have quietly before the checkout at 11 am.

nothing it was closed expedia and the hotle took my $$$$$ and when i arrived i was sent to another hotel with no pool the whole reason i booked here was the pool the new hotel the room was less than 7 feet wide i could not believe there was a room behind the door very disappointed

The property is not in a good location to see the city... if you have a car it would be ok.. the staff were awesome.. very polite. The hotel it self could use a paint job. The room was good, did not have a frig or microwave. The Bed was ok, but may need to replace it because it sunk in the middle... I would stay there again, the restaurant food was good, a little over priced but good.
