The room is a lot smaller than I thought. But it was good enough for the price. Security is really strict and annoying majority of the time and the elevators are super slow but not as slow as the wifi.

the good and bad
Posted 1 Aug 2018 on Hotelsit was fine a nice clean condo..the owner gior was very helpful i had room 3547,i had read many bad reviews on here about a condo here,,,mainly due to the owner living in usa and being looked after by a young cleaner who didnot care and gave no service to the renter,,what i hated was paying 290pesos a night admin fee for facilities that i not use and pay 150 pesos which is charged by the managment company,,,to use the pool, although my stay was happy,,i will not stay there again..i dont like to pay extra fees...........

First of all, I was kind enough to let you stay in my property and I regret to have tolerated your behavior of allowing you to bring women day in and day out.
You have violated rules and regulations.
- NO SMOKING
- NO COOKING
- KEEP THE CONDO CLEAN
Making up stories and writing false reviews does not tarnish my business credibility. In fact it shows who you really are, and the activities you engage in says so.
You left my property filthy, damaged my tiled floor. I am 100% certain that every owner of the places you rented will never ever want to have to deal with you again.
You extended your stay 2 X ...
If you're not happy with the service, why extend?
You have to pay what is due, you are MAD simply because you didn't get the DISCOUNT you wanted.
