Posted 10 Mar 2021 on HotelsDue to Covid-19 restrictions the Hotel was not running at 100%. Receptionist very pleasant and professional. Taken to my fan room on 3rd floor (no lift). I noticed that the TV was not present. Asked the receptionist she stated that room never came with TV. Showed her my booking confirmation. She rung her Boss, he gave permission to upgrade me to an aircon room with TV. The hotel is old but does have character. I will book again when the Covid restrictions are lifted. Location great.

Friendly staff who are willing to help with anything you need. The place is close to lots of restaurants and a short walk to Robinson’s shopping centre.
