Not satisfied with the stay
Posted 10 Feb 2020 on HotelsNot a good one to stay. The receptionist & the rooms are upstairs. You have to walk all the way to see him. Too small for comfort sleeping. Hard to see the sign board of the hotel outside.

I checked in at midnight after a late flight (I had previously emailed that I would be checking around that time and this was confirmed). When I got there I was told that there weren't any rooms available. I told them I had a reservation and they found something for me. Instead of a room with a queen bed I was given a tiny room with bunk beds. I wasn't expecting any fancy, but I don't like bait and switch stuff.

The staff were very supportive of my needs. My room had a small leak. With 6 days of heavy rain that can happen. Didn't bother me. Didn't impact on my stay. It IS a budget hotel. You DO get what you pay for. I loved my stay, leaky ceiling and all. Will return if I ever go back to Manila.
