The TV issue is terrible because they dont have cable channels and only TV Plus which doesn't work as well. They change the tv plus box but still doesn't work and the only channel is DZMM TV. The lights in the CR is very dark. It's too dark like 1 watt per bulb and theres 2 bulb. The service and the employees are very accomodating. Its just really the TV issue and the food. Because they asked us what type of breakfast do we want from the 3 choices, then suddenly in the morning, the breakfast that I chose was not the one delivered in the room. They said, its not available. So in short, i have no choice. ☹

A little change will help

It was my first time to stay at this hotel. The hotel's location was very convenient, walking distance to the CBD. Hotel was very clean and everyone was courteous and polite. I would like to commend Myca of front desk and Felipe of security. They were very warm and welcoming. They went out of their way to make my stay easy. The booking too came with free breakfast that I asked to be served in to go boxes, which I took to work. Though serving wasn't enough to fill a person, it was a welcome treat considering not all hotel bookings came with breakfast. The room was very basic, but very clean. Toiletries provided were enough for one day, which wasn't bad if only they replenished daily. That was my only comment... the hotel should provide water and toiletries daily and not only on the first day, as it is was inconvenient to go back to your room after working the whole day only to find out you have no water to drink and toiletries to use. Besides, their daily rate was the same and it didn't decrease for succeeding nights. I tried to talk to the manager to give my feedback but she wasn't available. I requested for a call so I can relay my comment. Sadly, I never heard back from them. If they change that policy, I will certainly book in this hotel again.

Not Delightful CX Service Experience

The Manager was not friendly and hospitable. I requested for 2 extra beds as she insisted we should get another one for the 4th adult guest who will stay overnight. She charged me P300 for it which I appreciate. However, when I requested for another one, she already charged me P500. I was also charged for extra pillows and blankets. Not delighted 1st time hotel experience overall.

Hi! The guest came over in the hotel with a very bad mood, our receptionist tried to explained the policies and and rules for accommodation which he insisted that he booked family room for 5 but he didn't notice in the system that our family is good for 3 with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed only, for any additional person is subject for charge of 700 per person/extra bed with breakfast meal but he didn't want to pay for it, unfortunately while the receptionist explaining it, he insisted and didn't want to hear about it, then the manager tried to explained & calm down him in nicest way but the guest still freaking out, so, the manager offer discount for 1 extra bed only and he agreed on it finally,... after checking in the room about minutes ago,the guest called up and requesting again for another extra bed but this was not allowed already for discounts since they'd booked with lowest rate (promo) in expedia, in consideration we tried to explain as best as we could but he shouted and shut his door to our two staffs with very unprofessional way, we still apologized but the guest never have heart to accept his mistake.

Neat amd clean room

The room is near and clean. They have quick response for asking my favor. Provied enough volume of Break first.

방에서 쥐가 나옵니다. 방청소도 안해줍니다. 말을 해야 해준다는데, 카운터에 사람이 비어있습니다. 인터넷이 안되서 고쳐달라 해도 전혀 개선이 안됩니다. 에어컨이 무척 시끄럽습니다. 공항까지 30분 250페소 듭니다.

繁華街からもちかく、LRTの駅なども近いので利便性は良かった
