It was unpresentable, and the picture of that place looks so good but in reality it looks very different and no everything looks like needs to Inprove. We are looking a good service.

The property was NOTHING like what is on the photos. Upon entry to the gate of the venue, there was a putrid smell coming from surrounding area. Checked in to reception & couldn't even see the receptionist as she was hidden behind a fish tank in her PJ's (this was 9pm at night we checked in) after some brief instructions upon check in we got taken to our rooms in another building. Both rooms were run down & had a smell. We actually felt dirty just to sit at the table. We didn't have either our toilet tissue or towels so had to wait for them to be delivered. Once delivered the towels were still damp as they obviously werent' dried properly. Bedding was filthy & we just slept in our dirty clothes as it was cleaner than the beds. We checked out early even though our flights weren't till late in the afternoon as we didn't want to be in the room any longer :(

A few days before our stay at Kassel Del Amor Guesthouse, I tried to call but all their 3 phones were either unattended or malfunctioning (gave a dial tone after one ring). Since my booking was noncancellable, non-refundable, we decided to proceed to Kassel Del Amor, thinking that it was just a short ride from the airport anyway (as advertised) To my aghast Kassel is at least 30 minutes away by taxi even at 11PM. When we arrived, we had to look for reception area, which was already closed because their office also doubled as a bedroom for their staff. Anyway, they were forced to get up because we were knocking. We faced another disappointment when their secretary told us that we had no booking. When i showed her the Expedia confirmation, she woke up the owner who told us that it was his young daughter who owned the Guesthouse but he will try his best. He gave us a room at the 4th floor which had no elevator. His 2 staff kindly helped us carry our luggage upstairs because we were obviously tired by that time. We had to settle with a room for 2 although we paid for a family room. Once upstairs, we couldn’t buy food or toiletries because we were too tired to climb all the way up to the 4th floor again. Even the McDo nearby refused to bring up their food. Before the secretary left us, we told her that we needed a shuttle in the morning (as advertised) and she told us that is not a problem. However, in the AM when we called them, theirmphines were dead again.
