Worth the price
Posted 10 Dec 2018 on HotelsWorth the price. Place is clean, everything is working well. The only downside is the pocket wifi, it’s not that fast but still working, oh and heater is not working in the CR, but it’s fine. Free use of pool, free toiletries and towels! All in all, we had a happy stay and will definitely come back :)

Hotel is better than apartment stay.

place is reasonable good for the price, only there is no microwave which would be better to have

It was a nice and spacious 2 bedroom condo unit. Fast food chain are just around.

NO WIFI/NO PARKING SPACE
Posted 23 May 2018 on HotelsStayed 1 night with my family including 2 kids, Smart Bro has no credit balance last top up was last 18th of May based on the unit , no internet connection the whole stay. Linens are a bit smelly and lots of dusts around. I assumed that there will be a parking space for our car since this is a condo unit but as per the owner named Jes she dun have a parking space so i ended up paying Php 300 pesos for the overnight parking and the guard on duty did not provided a receipt at all.He only asked my brother to sign and log into his record book. The 2 kids enjoyed the pool. That's it.

1. The smart bro doesn’t need top up because it is a POST PAID subscription
2. I’m very sure that the linens have been changed because it is my husband that cleans the unit & changes the sheets EVERY SINGLE TIME THAT WE HAVE A GUEST. And my husband went to clean the morning before you arrived. You are just overly sensitive.
3. NOT ALL CONDO UNITS FOR RENT HAVE FREE PARKING SPACES. NEXT TIME YOU SHOULD CHECK WITH THE OWNER FIRST SO THAT YOU WON’T GET DISAPPOINTED. I AM VERY SURE THAT I NEVER OFFERED ANY PARKING SPACE ON EXPEDIA BECAUSE I ALSO HAVE OTHER LISTINGS, ALL OF WHICH DO NOT OFFER A PARKING SPACE.
4. IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A STAYCATION WITH FREE PARKING, PLS GO TO A HOTEL
