Everything was great , hard to go in and out of the car parking lot . You have to get a ticket stamp at the front desk

The club lounge facilities didn't seem as luxurious as before, and we missed Ruby the Club Lounge manageress who recently moved on, but a great place to stay as ever. Breakfast is amazing.

The location, food and facilities are definitely the plus factors of this hotel. However, I booked for a club room and both rooms given have problems. The 1st room provided had a broken door knob while the 2nd room had water trickling from the ceiling. Definitely they need to check the condition of the rooms prior to check in of customers.

Had sn smazing time here the staff are customer friendly. The only issue and a small one was that there was only one restaurant with limited menu. The building seems to need some attention but nit enough to ruin our time there.

location. I did found a flying cockroach during stay in our room. address this situation in the front desk and their were apologetic.
