There is only one person that works the front desk and they often walk away and leave it unattended. When I arrived at the hotel there was nobody there and I had to wait 15 minutes to check in at 5:00 in the afternoon. When I asked the guard for help, the only reply was they will be back soon. When I needed something from the desk, the same situation repeated itself.
When I checked out there was someone there for the first time and they told me to wait while they take care of everything. After 5 minutes of waiting, I asked what else do you need? She replied, oh, sorry we are done you can go. I wish she would have told me 5 minutes earlier, so I did not have to stand there 5 minutes waiting for nothing.
The water in the shower was cool at best, just enough difference so I could tell the difference between cold and hot, but not much more.
Long wait to get an elevator to go to my room or to go down to lobby.
I had booked the hotel for my return to Manila, but cancelled my reservation and will stay someplace else.
