The hotel security is perfect that the security gate protects the customers. Robinsons is very closed from the hotel and the reasonable restaurants are around the hotel. I felt it was very convenient.

Well situated: near shopping, food carts, convenient stores, mall, museums, universities, government offices, hospitals, historical locations, US embassy, and more! Front desk support is top-notch. Cleaning crew is fabulous! Pool is nice. Small gym, but gets the job done. Give JMM a try!

Spectacular view overlooking the bay from the 44th floor. Room was clean and the king size bed was very comfortable. The room itself was extremely quiet. Room service personnel were very pleasant and reliable. Only slight concern was the Internet constantly going out, which caused connection problems with the TV and Wi-Fi.

This is my go to hotel in Manila. But this time no WiFi in room and sewer gas smell coming from bathroom drains. Other than having to use my data on the patio and the smell from the cr it was good. The staff as always attentive and the room clean

Location Location Location. Across from one of Manila's most popular mall: Robinsons Place. Tons of restaurants, bars, etc. Near metro. Great security! ALL visitors need identification to enter. Fabulous views from rooms. Staff super responsive, respectful, and incredibly helpful.

Can't see that occupants needs to be going out together and be back at the same time when plans to be and places to go would be different from one another. ..this is the first time encountered and is very frustrating. given. I've traveled a lot, but I've never felt unkind at the front desk, the face of the hotel. This hotel should be mindful of those aspects.
