The apartment is very close to Robinson Galleria and SM Megamall. The host at Indigo is very professional and responsive.

The location is close to the malls. We had some issues "checking in" as the building guard could not find the keys to the room. The door is also a bit hard to unlock and lock from the outside. The room is ok for the price.

Value for money

I stayed there for 2 nights and i like it. Clean and nice design studio apartment. Free flow of coffee and clean apartment with good design. The only problem is that the bath room have no place for ne to put my shampoo and etc + people from the higher floor at the bext building might see through the bath room via the windows. A curtain needed there. The rest are good.

Unsanitary conditions

If you’re particular about cleanliness & hygiene, this place is not for you. At first glance, the place looks clean & we’ll-kept, but look closer & you’ll see the stains on the bath towels & the beddings & the hair stuck to the kitchen towels (Weren’t these towels supposed to have been changed before each new occupant?). The drains were clogged, from the kitchen sink to the bathroom sink, & most disgusting of all, the water closet/toilet itself. We had to pump it out ourselves but it was a useless act. The whole thing was just clogged from the time we checked in. On top of all these concerns, the property manager was not readily accessible to address these problems, so you’re left hanging there while waiting for her to respond (which took 3 hours the first time we complained). Because it’s cheap for its location (which is the only good thing about the place), you get what you pay for. A similarly-priced hotel with good housekeeping would be a much better & more sanitary option.

Hi thank you for your feedback, as we have addressed this already when you check out we still want to advise tha, we ask you several times to avoid throwing tissue paper in the toilet bowl, but you refused to do it thus toilet bowl were clogged twice on your 3 day stay in the apartment. We recognise that we still have areas to improve in terms of cleanliness and speed to respond, but please also understand that it is a private apartment that we have rented out thinking that our guest will respect the set of rules we have set inside, but when we asked you to follow a simple house rule you refused to do it and still throw tissue papers in the toilet bowl. As you said, you will get what you pay for in our apartment, but little did we realise that we will host guests that disrespects our choice of rules inside our own home.

The place is clean and very accessible to the shops groceries and malls. There's a little problem with the sink in the bathroom hope it will fix soon. If given a chance again i will book the place again.

チェックインに時間がかかった。ここはホテルではなく分譲マンションの一室。そして、なぜか1日早くチェックアウトさせられ、最後の一泊を外で過ごした。
