My recent stay at I'M hotel in Makati was far from satisfactory. This establishment, located in the red light district, failed to live up to basic standards of comfort and convenience. Upon arrival, I encountered a disorganized lobby with insufficient staff to handle the check-in process efficiently. Despite there being five staff members present, only one or two seemed capable of managing guest arrivals, resulting in an excessively long wait of 45 minutes just to get checked in. The hotel's location proved to be highly inconvenient, situated in an area perpetually congested with traffic. Accessing the hotel by vehicle was a nightmare, with narrow lanes and constant gridlock making arrival and departure a frustrating experience. The atmosphere within and around the hotel was equally disconcerting. The presence of individuals engaged in illicit activities was palpable, contributing to an uncomfortable and unsafe environment for guests. This unsavory element, combined with the incessant noise from the street, detracted significantly from any semblance of relaxation or enjoyment. While the room itself was clean, it lacked the amenities and comfort expected from a hotel of this caliber. The overall experience left much to be desired, and I would caution against choosing I'M hotel for accommodation in Makati. In conclusion, my stay at I'M hotel was marred by inefficiency, inconvenience, and an unsettling atmosphere. I recommend exploring alternative options .

This was the first time staying at this hotel, I enjoyed the more modern atmosphere but the air conditioning in the room would turn off at the same time every night allowing the room temperature to rise to an uncomfortable temperature, trying to adjust the air conditioner wasn’t possible due to being locked with a password, the mini bar fridge didn’t keep drinks cold on it’s lowest setting, the front desk staff were very slow but always helpful when needed. For the price of the accommodation you would expect a slightly more attentive service and classier room

Rooms smelled terrible, switched to a new one, they sprayed air freshener from the elevator to the new room and when it wore off the same strong smell. They had to fix the air conditioning so it would work. Went for breakfast, poor service and expensive, out of food and a lot of people were coming in to eat. I won’t stay there ever again!!!!
