I booked s delux room , they give me an executive room but safe was not working ,hot water in shower wasn't hot, don't have mini fridge fir cool water, value for money, low..

Its a round the clock hotel.

Good for a stop-off but needs plug sockets!
Posted 3 Feb 2018 on HotelsBed was comfy, food nice, staff friendly. But nowhere to charge our phones, so had to charge my power pack in reception - not hugely convenient! Also could do with a shower curtain to stop everything else in the toilet/shower room getting wet. Good location for bus/rail but not an attractive area.

checked in at the front desk, given a key, and let through the door. Had to carry our own bags through a maze to find our room

Posted 28 Feb 2017 on Hotelsgit there and they didn't have my reservation and had to email my confirmation email which I find really annoying... got to our room and the bad wasn't made up so we went for dinner to give then time to do it and still not done at our return... the cleaning guys did a good job in a timely manner but we had to wait during that time...
