The receptionist is late to check in guests esp if it is queueing. They tend to remind the guest to wait further until they complete with the others. Technically I was checked in 14:50 which is just 10 mins away from spending hour waiting but when asked if they can adjust the check out a BIG NO

Cons: The room smelled like sour milk and had a blood stain on the mattress pad under the top sheet. Bugs were crawling on the desk/table and clothing space area. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice until the next day because I was exhausted from an international flight and went straight to bed. The smell stuck to my clothing and belongings. Informed staff the next day when i noticed and they changed my room. The second room was fine. Nothing fancy. Just a room that didn’t smell and no bugs. Clean bed to sleep. And air conditioner was perfect. Pros: Staff were friendly and accommodating! No issues whatsoever with the employees they are awesome. Lots of staff! Lots of very cheerful and happy and friendly people! Also a 7eleven right outside the entrance so very convenient! I would probably stay here again. But definitely inspect the room upon arrival no matter how tired you are. And don’t be nervous to inform staff of any issues.

Staff was excellent and very helpful with an earlier check in as I was very tired from an early flight from Cebu. Well priced rooms, modern but basic. Only thing that I did not like was being in room 603 put me in a location where the adjacent car park would be very loud during the day. Constant honking and loud exhausts reverberating through my room. Id stay again, just not in that part of the hotel.

Property and room was clean and secure. Beds could have been more comfortable. No washcloths were provided, and only 2 towels. Otherwise, a good value for the price.

It was a good stay but i think reception should remind guest that after 12midnight if they are walking down the hallways, they should mind other guest sleeping as other guest was VERY NOISY talking with their foreign languages in the middle of the night (around 1am-2am if i'm not mistaken), doors are banging when closing (not the guest banging them as it seems like all doors are like that). Doors/walls are not sound proof. Thank you.

About as basic as it gets. No frills to say the least. Basically a bed and bathroom. Front desk was adamant about pointing out the only 2 guest per room rule. We had family helping us bring our luggage to our room and were constantly reminded by staff on their rule on our way to our room..Very off putting.
