It was like going to a prison. When you enter the complex only 1 person was allowed to go out and check in for the group. Then they confiscated all our ID's. The rooms were very dirty, no toilet paper and towels and when we requested them, they only gave 1 towel per room. One room had bunk beds. Another room had soo much furniture, you could not use a power plug until you had to stack the furniture out of the way. The worst part was the rooms smelled like they sprayed bug killing products like Raid. The restaurant in the facility was closed. The elevators were always crowded and slow. We check out the next day but still had to fight to get our ID's back. I could say more about the horrible experience we had here, but this is plenty to start with.

The lobby allowed only one person by the whole group registered all names in the lobby to avoide over crowded in the lobby, and about the ID's the policy of the lobby guest must leave the ID's until they check out and exchange of the ID's concierge will give them a visitors pass that wil be thier access inside the entire place, they are allowed to get the ID's anytime if they need it, Azure asking individual ID's for the safety of everyone both resident and guest. And this guest checked out from the unit that they didn't contact me as thier Host, and about the towels, i told them that the towels will give them after finish from the laundry, and we went to their rooms many times to give the towels no one answered and i leave the towels in the lobby so that they can pick it up. But when concierge give the towels they refused to accept, and the next day they checked out from the units whitout giving me advance noticed.

Communication with the property was iffy. Kept getting the same questions I’d answered. Paid for 2 condos but was almost given a penthouse with less bedrooms and less capacity. Children are counted as adults. No towels or bath accessories are provided. Some units need thourough cleaning and attention. I would pay extra to stay somewhere else.

You booked to our property only 2bedroom unit but i put you in 3bedroom unit because you booked two condo units and we don't have available 8pax unit in the same tower so i put you in penthouse units and the same floor so that your units is closer. The price of 3bedroom is higher than the 2bedroom unit that you booked but we didn't ask an additional payment for that. We are doing our best to improve our service for the future guest and bookings. Thank you very much. And Godbless.

住宿分多座,但是第一次入住的客人全無概念,的士司機也找不到。要到處問,找了差不多半小時才找到入住的地方。 客人要在接待處放下ID card過夜。這做法很奇怪。 游泳池在維修,不能使用。 房間內感覺不錯,寧靜、舒適。但是浴室花灑壞、熱水爐壞。 住宿離mall 約步行十分鐘,離火車站約13分鐘,尚算可以。但這城市較為落後,可能不太適合自由行旅客。
