Hotel is a bit warm in the lobby, and the food for room service are very low quality, but overall is just fair for the price

Not as advertised. No actual double or queen beds. No phone answers and no email response (at least for foreigners). Screaming kids and drunk people who can't count trying to force their way into your room. If you need to make changes due to flights or emergency you won't get an answer. Then you get fawning, sycophantic staff full of false smiles and rubbish. Save money and stay somewhere else. Absolute rip off.

Not my best stay. The sheets had a couple stains covered up by the foot runner. The AC was subpar, and the free internet was not available at 6am, the next day.
