The place was nice enough. Very nice pools and the room was fine. However, there was no toilet paper or soap in the room. We asked for some and did not receive any so we went to the store and bought some ourselves. There was also only a sheet to use as cover. We asked for a blanket and never received one. This is not acceptable. I liked the place but this might keep me from staying there in the future.

Comfy Stay Staff very helpful

Pros: Location, clean.
Cons: Rooms not all same as we booked 2 and one not as well furnished. smaller fridge and fittings.
Location: Its Manila pick what you want
Reception Staff not as helpful, due to too many different companies renting out units. 6 towers and 2 different check ins. Pools nice and clean. Can walk to Mall of Asia. lots to do in local area. Horse cart tour nice and relaxing.

Nice cozy place to stay

the place is nice, with great location. however the only glitch was the person in charge to receive us took so long to come down and meet us.

Location, Location, Location
Posted 27 Jun 2017 on HotelsClose to airport, Baclaran (shopping) and Partes bus terminal (Pasay). Walking distance to Mall of Asia. Avoid traffic mess in Manila. You don't want to miss you international flight. Get to airport 3 hour before the flight. Lines are long checking in and new policy take off shoes twice. There are immigration, TSA, before you board plane. It took me over 2 hours to finally reach terminal. There are a lot of hoops to jump through before leaving. Wear sandals when going through multiple security. You will scan your carrying on three times before you depart.

Very Close to Mall of Asia Arena

Pros: Convenient location, convenience stores nearby, clean and well-maintained apartment unit
Stayed with them in May 2017 to attend a concert at Mall of Asia Arena. They were very helpful and accommodating. Upon arrival, requested for a late check-out, and they were able to accommodate that as well. The apartment itself was clean and well-lit as well as well maintained. SEA Residences is very near to the Mall of Asia, and there are convenience stores nearby so it was definitely very easy to go off and buy snacks and stuff.
Had a very pleasant experience, would definitely book with them again in the future.
