We had a wonderful stay, the host went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, had amazing views of the city, the airconditioner worked great, all usual amanities provided along with extras like shampoo and soap,it was also close to 3 major shopping centres, and not far from the airports.I would highly recomment this condo to anyone. And will definately rebook on our next vacation to the Philippines.

Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience with this condominium unit 4821 agent (representative or owner). After we reported a serious issue… cockroaches in the unit… and provided video evidence, the agent’s conduct became intrusive and inappropriate. Instead of coordinating a solution respectfully, the agent repeatedly insisted on entering the unit while we were away to place cockroach bait, despite our clear concerns about privacy and the safety of our personal belongings. When we declined unsupervised access, the agent went as far as implying that we had broken or damaged something in the property, which was completely unfounded and unacceptable. As paying guests, we have a right to privacy and to protect our personal valuables. Raising a legitimate hygiene issue should not result in accusations or pressure. This experience made us feel uncomfortable and unfairly treated. Professionalism, communication, and respect for guest privacy were seriously lacking. I would not recommend this condominium unit 4821, future guests be warned!

It was ok

The unit was smaller than I envisioned, but my real issue was the elevator in the high-rise. It really took forever and the elevators were always crowded. Stopping on so many floors to get to the 53rd floor.
