Room 7530, we found cockroaches crawling on the table by the coffee machine. We notified the front desk, but they did not seem to care at all. At this point, nobody from Nobu management team has called us and apologized for this disgusting finding.

The hotel won’t let me to bring food from outside and can’t use the pool with my family and friends!

The hotel and the room is clean. The manager and the bellmen are pleasant and very helpful. They are always willing to help if I need assistance. Great place, accessible to shopping mall snd airport.

I think the recent threats maybe have the staff less hospitable and more alert mode. I felt more watched than served.

Not enough options for joined room, parking is inconvenient, and it took a few calls to get room cleaning.

Amazing property with even more amazing staff. The location is a 10, you can spend your entire stay in the massive compound, complete with a mega mall.
