The Unit was very dirty, infestation of roaches, roach eggs inside the refrigerator, greasy and dirty kitchen counter, there was also a pillow in the bed with blood underneath and i was sleeping on it, how disgusting! I called the owner and informed her about the condition of the unit and she got upset with me! she also stated "if you want a better unit then you must spend more money". I was appalled that she would make such a reply to complaint. After I clean the entire unit she offered another unit for me to relocate. However after i spent hours cleaning the unit i was already in i decided to stay put. This unit had horrible customer service. I would not wish this place on my worst enemy. I do not recommend anyone to rent or be a guest at any or this persons units.

My family of 7 where travelling through Manilla to the Islands and had booked and paid for 3 rooms. Upon our arrival was advised that they had no rooms left, we were tired as we had been going for 18 hrs with flights from Australia and travelling with a 6 year old child, our flight the next morning was at 5.00am and therefore at this stage wanted a shower and to lay down for 4 1/2 hrs. They repeatedly stated no rooms and managed to find something for 4 people and the other 3 where eventually offered someones apartment with a single bed and 2 people slept on the floor. Dirty and disgusting. Please do not waste your money on this property, really spoilt our holiday.

The microwave did not work. The hot plate did not heat up enough to cook food. Couldn't get the TV to work and it was a day before maintenance finally came to fix it after numerous calls. You had to pay an extra fee to use the pool. This was not mentioned anywhere on the site when renting. Overall not worth it.

What was advertise was not what was received.

No hot water in shower. Had to fix the wifi in the 3rd room we were allocated myself, first room was unclean with no wifi, second room had an undesirable smell. Will never use hotels.com again to book ever again. What was advertise was not what we received.

We came pass midnight, no one knows about our reservation. Our luggages got wet because of the rain because even wen we got a replacement unit, still u don’t hv a guaranteed parking space.

A complete waste of time and money! As there was no communication to direct us to get there, we had no choice but to stay somewhere else Appalling customer service, I guess once they got my money, non refundable, they didn’t care anymore after that Disgusted...
