This is my second time staying at this Hotel, and it continues to be my first choice when visiting Manila.

One of My Worst Hotel Experience

When we checked into our room, the air condition was not working properly and while we were staying there, it was very hot and very uncomfortable.

Staffs are cheerful and friendly at the beginning only. There were lots of awkward moment since they made mistakes with our request and bookings then blamed us for it and asked payment for services we did not avail or used. Rooms are dirty with some weird smell. Bathroom door was defective (doesn’t close or open smoothly). Small shower rooms. In general family/group rooms are pretty small. Outside paint and building looks faded and old. Surroundings are not safe if you want to stroll and explore the area. Hotel was built beside the cemetery so it a bit scary to look outside the window at night.

Absolutely amazing!!

Such an amazing hotel! Very clean, upscale and the staff was so great! I am super picky about where I will stay and I will stay here every time I am in Manila! I can’t say enough good things about this hotel!!
