Disappointing stay

Wifi was slow and randomly disconnecting. My partner could not even connect to the wifi. We saw baby cockroaches in our room. The shower gel and shampoo/conditioner dispensers were not working at all. Tv wasn't a smart tv. Breakfast food at 9am were already cold.

Bathroom overflows in the shower area....

The Bathroom shower floods and slow drainage. Body wash and shampoo dispenser was broken (informed them bu phone but seems not care to bother)....you need to change it. Have to ask for body wash refill and shampoo and was given travel size replacements. Very friendly staff tho. Internet Wifi was good.....
