Nice rooms with excellent friendly & helpful staff. PLUS the rooms are off the main street, so much quieter than many other Manila hotels.

Great location & good service

Service is always solid every time I come here. The beds are pretty comfortable and the location cannot be beaten as it's right in the heart of Malate.

Great oasis in the middle of of Manila

Posted 19 Aug 2017
Pros: Hon quiet and safe it was, especially considering the location. Lots of good food options nearby...we ate at the David's tea house & Adriacto cafe
Cons: Towels by the pool, though they brought you additional towels upon request
Location: Adriacto cafe (ate there three times), one hour laundry in the bank building (inexpensive, and good) David's tea house, fountain
The hotel wasn't modern, and would appeal to people looking for a family friendly place in the middle of the city. The pool was great, as was the location. No alcohol permit when we were there, and they were clearly in the process of re-doing the grounds. The staff was very responsive and friendly, and the breakfast included with our room was good. Overall, a very good experience, and I would love to see it when the re-model was Complete. I liked the option of separate rooms and bathrooms, especially for a family of four with two teenagers. I would absolutely stay there again.

Welcoming, Basic Property

Posted 16 Mar 2017 on Hotels
A very nice basic property with plenty of restaurants near. An easy walk to Roxas Blvd. and the Cultural Center for views of the sunset. Robinsons nearby. Management and staff extremely welcoming and friendly. Comfortable bed, a/c adequate. Hot water shower only. Tv input may be Netflix or satellite only. Specify if you care. No elevator.

Not a very district

Posted 21 Nov 2016
This hotel is down an unlit alley where men hangout. My wife although from the Philippines refused to stay there. Room was like a dungeon that smelt like mold. No staff after 6pm except 1 security guard. Gate is locked so you have to be let in and let out. Think twice before booking. Hotel Will definitely keep all of your prepaid money. This is the only hotel on Expidia that I experienced that did not refund.
