I arrived at the hotel to find out that the room I booked had an issue and they were oversold. Rolande, who was working the desk asked if someone called to inform me. That was a silly question because had someone called me, I wouldn’t have been there. I subsequently waited an hour and they were not able to accommodate me. I told her I expect to be reimbursed for the hotel and compensated for my rides to and from the hotel in addition to at least a $100 credit for the inconvenience.

Waste of money. Room was old and kind of falling apart. AC did not work. The sink was backed up and wouldn’t drain for several minutes. Poorly designed - not a single socket near bed. If you can get a good deal, it’s a nice location and decent hotel but far from luxurious.
