Not a 4 star hotel you expect

Waste of money. Room was old and kind of falling apart. AC did not work. The sink was backed up and wouldn’t drain for several minutes. Poorly designed - not a single socket near bed. If you can get a good deal, it’s a nice location and decent hotel but far from luxurious.

Clean and quiet. Location is good. Hamam was interesting.

Enjoyed the location being so close to other fun NYC landmarks in Mid town! Great room and friendly staff and enjoyed the decor too!
