Very old outdated rooms, staff very stand-off ish to some guests in front of me. The phones in room didn’t work the AC mediocre , paint peeling off and old furniture. but AREA around it magnificent you really pay for what you get it’s a great price for that area ! Walking distance of Broadway , central park , a ton of bars, bakeries and restaurants to chose from plus shopping!

The rooms smell like mold and sewage water. The tub is clogged and does not drain, ash in the washrooms

This hotel has friendly staff, is close to major touristic spots, and we found it a very comvenient solution for our needs. Could it be better? Of course. Yet, the couple of things that we brougt up to the support staff were resolved within minutes and that is to be appreciated.

Staff were friendly. Room was below average. Room 1106 bed is broken and per front desk staff would too extensive a project to repair for next guest.

This listing was falsely advertised! It was not the same as the pictures at all. The hotel was dirty and the staff was not helpful. A horrible experience, I would never recommend this hotel!
