I went to the manager to advise of cleanliness, needed vacuumed, bathtub did not drain, no telephone, no washcloths, and no air. Also, housekeeping knocked on my door and came in!! The manager only said to do a claim for the room on Expedia. Do not stay at this hotel!!

Property very old and tired. Elevator was shaking more than usual going up and down. Broken electrical socket, loud noises from nearby rooms including a barking dog. Loud noises from the train at all hours.

The renovation in the rooms differs from the photo, it seems to me that the rooms have not been renovated since 1990. old, terrible rooms, all stained! This hotel 2* maximum!

This property looks nothing like the pictures, the room smell like mold and old carpet. There were no towels in the bathroom and they floors were disgusting! 0/10 would never recommend

The bed was not very comfy there was a big dip on one side of it and there was black stains all in the bath tub

I don't have anything good to talk about this hotel and the expedition. I made the reservation, and I contacted the expedition before, and they assured me that the reservation was available. When I arrived at the hotel, they informed me that my reservation had been canceled, I traveled 5 hours by car, with a 4-year-old child, tired and hungry, to get to the hotel and make this neglect to the agent. They didn't make anything else available to us. We are very disappointed with the Manhattan hotel, and also with the expedition. They ruined our trip and I really don't have the courage to recommend this hotel to anyone or use the expedia to make reservations.

We like that the hotel is close to everything! We had the worst experience when it comes to customer service, because one of your staff was very rude to us. The bathroom ceiling paint is chipping, the bathtub floor is moving.

This is the worst property, I have ever been to. Staff was not even listening, the rooms were not breathable. I checked in at midnight and checked out the very early morning.
