It is a charming boutique hotel. There were two elevators but one was being repaired while I was there, so it took a while to go up and down. Staff were very friendly and the hotel is spotlessly clean.

The Gregorian was perfect for our New York City stay! It was very walkable to 5th Ave, Macy’s, and tons of food options. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. Our room was very clean, modern and cute. Would definitely stay there again.

With no operating restaurant, no coffee facilities in room, and only one small functional lift (very slow) they struggled to provide some basic services. Nice central location and friendly staff. Clean.

It was a very nice and convenient location. We had a very good room with two queen beds, a closet and a mini fridge. To our luck, we got a view of the Empire State Building if we looked up. We loved how close it was from everything, including Time Square. I would definitely stay here again! Only bad thing I have to say is that it took like a month and weekly calls to the hotel to get our deposit back.

Large rooms and up to date decor and facilities. The room was huge and the bathroom excellent. Great location

Great location, customer service and very comfortable. The lifts were somewhat temperamental and didn’t always work, but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.
