We selected a room to sleep 6 but what we got was a room that sleeps 4 and a small sofa bed that contained an unsleepable bed inside. My two boys opted to sleep on the floor rather than this uncomfortable sorry excuse for a bed. When I expressed my concern with the staff, they simply said that I should leave it in a review. A great stay for a low maintenance New York City hotel. Simple and easy, good value. Right next to a police station so you will feel safe.

I didn’t get the room I reserved, they gave me a bunk bed instead of queen bed and just said sorry that is the only available room. The sheets were not changed and were full of hair when we requested for them to be cleaned they did it right away because the manager saw that they weren’t changed. The only positive thing was the location walkable to different places. The hotel itself looked old and dirty.

This property is fairly average in a less than ideal location in Manhattan. It is very safe as it is located next to a police precinct.
They did upgrade our room, which was nice. The bigger room allowed us to do work where otherwise it would have been difficult.

Everything in thid hotel is absolutely terrible, horrible experience, place, room, shower, restaurante, staff, area, etc. And soo expensive for what you get!! Do NOT go!!!
