I didn’t get the room I reserved, they gave me a bunk bed instead of queen bed and just said sorry that is the only available room. The sheets were not changed and were full of hair when we requested for them to be cleaned they did it right away because the manager saw that they weren’t changed. The only positive thing was the location walkable to different places. The hotel itself looked old and dirty.

This property is fairly average in a less than ideal location in Manhattan. It is very safe as it is located next to a police precinct.
They did upgrade our room, which was nice. The bigger room allowed us to do work where otherwise it would have been difficult.

Everything in thid hotel is absolutely terrible, horrible experience, place, room, shower, restaurante, staff, area, etc. And soo expensive for what you get!! Do NOT go!!!

Preferred the room and hotel areas to be cleaner. Rooms were visually cleaned but had a smell.

I loved that the hotel was so clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed that there was a police station next door along with an awesome deli at the corner that serves amazing sandwiches. Super convenient

The bed was comfortable. The pillows were nice. The towels are old but the bathroom is nice. The room was very small. None of the photos showed me this. I would go back but for what i paid it was tiny. Even for NY
