This stay at sonder one platt was mediocre at best. While the building itself is in a great location and even though it’s an older building, the lobby and elevators are in pretty good condition, the rooms themselves are pretty uncomfortable due to the lack of cleanliness.
Upon arrival, we immediately noticed that the floors and countertops were sticky— and there was a ton of dirt and grime along the floors of the bathroom including hairs of prior guests. Our shower curtain had a handprint with make up on it, so we requested a new one which the housekeepers had to replace.
Additionally, on the first night of our stay our refrigerator that smelled horrible and with a visibly frozen back panel started beeping incessantly at 1:30 AM With the error code F2. We reported this to the Sonder app and received help the next day in the afternoon however by that time, all of the food we had just purchased went bad because we had to turn off the fridge to eliminate the noise.
The repair person who came by did not do anything but turn the fridge back on and tell us that we followed the correct steps to reset the fridge. The issue persisted throughout the stay, but at that point we had no need to use the refrigerator as all of our items had gone bad due to constant temperature fluctuations.

Excellent location in Wall Street/FIDI. Good location for an NYC stay, with that additional extra space for a city break.

The staff was absolutely phenomenal - friendly and helpful. One of our party got food poisoning and another rolled their ankle, and the staff went above and beyond to help us in our hour of need. Thank you!
