I loved everything about our stay here - with one exception. The beds were comfortable but they were extremely noisy every time I would make even the slightest move. So noisy that we would wake each other up in the middle of the night. I would strongly recommend upgrading the mattresses. Next time I’m in NYC, ideally, I’d want to stay here again - but the mattresses might be a deal breaker for me.
Everything else was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service.

Our go-to hotel in NYC. Spacious rooms, lovely soaking tubs, chic decor, great staff. Wonderful rooftop bar and restaurant with live music. Fun and convenient neighborhood.

The overall stay was nice. They check in on you through text message which is convenient. There were, however, small holes in our sheets throughout our stay. So questionably small and frayed that they looked as if something chewed the holes in them. Was quite shocking to see so many holes in one large king sheet.
