Central location but very noisy. The rooms are very dated and need an update. For one night but quite ok.

The hotel was fantastic and the staff were incredibly courteous. My only issue lies with the toilet paper holder being broken, the pool was closed indefinitely which i would've liked to have known that before booking since our stay was based on that and finally to no fault of their own there was a homeless man jerking off just across the street.

Location was amazing and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Would definitely stay again.

Close to tourist sites and transportation. However the staff are unwelcoming and DO NOT GREET GUEST, the rooms are mediocre and poorly dusted and maintained. Omg!! It’s very noisy, invest in soundproof windows

Very loud, it feels like the rooms dont have any sound proofing. The people in the room next to us were very loud.
Also, the door to our little patio was broken and hard to close properly. When we opened it the first time we thought that it was going to fall on us.
Otherwise, the service of the staff and room service were wonderful.

Very good hotel for the price and the location. Right next to Times Square, lots of restaurants and theaters in close proximity. Definitely a good choice for a weekend in NYC.

Place was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Would be nice if they had ice on the facilities.

Newly renovated property with friendly and service-oriented staff. Short walk to nearly all Broadway theaters. Beds are mattresses on a wood platform which takes some getting used to. Otherwise, it was a good value and I would stay again and again and again.
