I think this is one of the best options to stay at if you’re visiting NYC for the first time. It is a great location and is close to many things. It is also very close to a lot of subway stations and was easy to get to from the airport via the train. Staff were always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good and never had to wait long to eat.

One of the best hotel in Times Square and breakfast buffet is awesome for the price. Staff service is very good. Highly recommended.

Our stay at the Riu Plaza Manhattan hotel was a brilliant one. A stones throw from Times Square, you were quite literally just a few steps from being at the centre of it all and being able to quickly go to wherever you needed to go. Coming back to the hotel was a breeze too and we found ourselves using the Maps on our phones less and less to come back to the hotel. The included Breakfast was definitely a big highlight. Basically anything you could want, on display ready to plate up. The staff always met you with a smile and happy presence, which kick started the day to a good start. The rooms were perfect as well. Maybe could have done with a tea/coffee maker in the room, but this is nitpicking as you have any cafe or drink options that close to the hotel being on Times Square. The cleanliness was to a very high standard and each day we came back to a perfectly clean room again. Will definitely stay here again on future visits to NYC!

The hotel and the staff were wonderful. The large buffet breakfast that was included was delicious as well. We did think it was a little weird that our two queen beds were pushed together so there was no walkway between them

Had a 6 night stay and realized we get in at 6:00 am and so i purchased another night the day before we got in so we could sleep when we arrived. Called hotel and told them what we were doing and to hold the room and not give us a no show. Well when we get in at 7:00 am they had no rooms and charged my card. Waited 2 hours in lobby and they found a room for us around 10:00 am. Terrible

The location of this Hotel is great. Close to Times square, Broadway and other tourist attractions. there were two things that we did not like is that the rooms are extremely small. If you're a couple that travels with two big luggage's plus two carry-on, you can be sure that you will not have much space to walk in your room. also the desk was too small you only have a space for small Laptop or Ipad. other that our experience was great.

This hotel is stellar-very high quality. All the staff were wonderful but a special shout out to Tyler at the desk who helped out with a very challenging situation and to Jesus at the Bell desk who was incredibly helpful.
