It was very pleasant and clean; the towels were changed and the room was cleaned daily.

Very clean. Staff very helpful. No vending machines so you have to leave the hotel to go to the store to get water. But other than that, 5/5 experience

This was a perfect place to crash while we were in NYC! No frills, but had everything we needed. Close to restaurants, shops, walking distance to Times Square and the subways

I've stayed here a number of times and it's very convenient but out of the hubbub of Times Square. Small rooms, which I don't mind.
Not enough outlets, though. And though it's pretty clean, it seems to be getting a little shabby.
I only needed to ask the desk for something once and they got right on it.
