We were celebrating my husbands 60th b-day and they graciously upgraded our room with a beautiful view. They also sent up a nice bottle of red and desert! Every staff person that we interacted with was pleasant and helpful. All in all, Wonderful hotel.

Excellent hotel for a get away. The staff was amazing, Harry at the concierge desk was extremely helpful and accommodating. My room was spacious, clean and quiet. I recommend the Terrazzo for morning coffee, I did not stop by until my last morning. Steps from Fifth Avenue, across the street from the NY Public Library, Whole Foods a block away if you need something. Walked to the theater. Highly recommend!

Amazing location. Sometimes you have to choose between location or an amazing hotel. Park Terrace hotel is both! Amazing hotel in a great location.

Bryant Park is a great spot to relax and hosts events every day. Location is close to theatres while being on a relatively quiet street. Lots of food options nearby. Clean, comfortable room.

The staff were amazing and very courteous. Location is amazing seeing as Bryant Park is our favorite! Great restaurant options close by. Just a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back again soon!

Our stay was as expected based on reviews we’ve read. The staff were very friendly and welcoming at check in, check out, and every time we entered or left the building for the day. The lobby had a great smell. That’s something we always notice when travelling is that intro smell. The concierge who checked us in (and then again due to a flight cancellation necessitating us to need an extra night) gave us a comp room upgrade for it being our first time in NYC, and then again because of our flight cancellation. The rooms themselves were comfortable, clean, and had all we needed (we were out and about all day and night so didn’t need much from a room). Enjoyed the Nespresso machine and the water station was very helpful. The location is amazing. We loved our bagel and coffee breakfasts in Bryant Park. And this location is close to the Subway and only 20 to 30 minutes to walk to the main midtown sites. I also believe the price is fairly reasonable for Manhattan. Overall a good
